Herping in San Diego
Went herping out near San Diego yesterday. It was a bit cold so not much was moving. We were looking For Coachwhips and Rattlesnakes. We walked and looked for a couple of hours but didn't find a one. However we weren't completely skunked. We did find a Nice looking Rosy Boa. All and all me my wife and a good friend of ours had a very good time. Here are some pics.http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c1...a/rosieboa.jpg http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c1...oria/rosie.jpg
And one of me out walking with my snake hook in my hand. http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c1...akehunting.jpg |

Jason,
I am at camp pendelton. If you ever need a herp partner, let me know. I just moved out here from Nc and have been looking to go out and do some herping. |
That's kinda funny. I used to work up at camp pendelton. I've caught a couple of things up there. I caught a striped cal king and a western Diamondback up there. neither of which I kept but I did catch. PM me your # if you want to do anything and I will send you mine.
