Just some random herps I found in Potter County last year.

Longtail Salamander:

Unsure what kinda frog this is... Pickerel was the closest looking frog I could find online, but he didn't quite have the same markings.

And my favorite, which I actually found in Indiana County, PA. I'm thinking that it is a spotted salamander.

It's amazing how they survive the long cold winters there.

I have spent time in Potter and McKean county in the dead of winter the snow and cold is extreme.:)

The one you are unsure about looks like a Slimy Salamander.

Very cool! We live in Bedford County and have found similar reptiles here. The salamander in the last pic is very cool!
