Toad that nearly drowned in freezing pool

I found a toad that nearly drowned in my cold pool. I live in Ontario Canada and its freezing cold. I have no idea what to do. I brought it in my fairly warm house to warm it up. I also placed it under a lamp that's quite warm. I'll attach a picture of the toad. He seems bloated and it has a sac in its mouth that it's trying to swallow. Please help asap.

That's actually a Gray tree frog, not a toad. It is extremely bloated.
I would put it in an enclosure with water and moss, and keep it someplace dark for a few days. Do not use a heat lamp, you will cook it.
If the bloating subsides, the frog might survive. It's probably too late to release it this fall. Research care of this species if you intend to keep it alive over the winter; these are really neat amphibians.
