Contacted me last week as he had several times before with a wholesale list. I ordered a group of animals. Had payment issues with PayPal, presumably from the recent dispute with that I had seen. Ended up sending Venmo as he had top reviews previously. He then fails to ship, lies about his grandma dying, and is now ignoring texts. $1700 stolen. Top it off with him lying to Blake Wilson in another scam by sending him pictures of one of my shop's animals which he said he was shipping him. Blake checked the FedEx info on the fake shipping label he was sent which included our info, and contacted us saying that Brandon had been making excuses about not shipping that snake which included being kicked out of his house. The snake was in our possession and not for sale. If anyone has any open deals with him. Stop immediately.

Since posting in other feedback forums, he had stated that he was sending a refund. This has still not happened.

Anyone with associated addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses should post them in text format (like I have) so that they are searchable terms. Images will not serve that information to the search engines, although they are great for the human audience.

I've already compiled all his information and will be contacting his local authorities if he fails to return my money. Just here to do the necessary dirty work of baking sure no one else gets screwed over.

The PayPal stuff is on his end. He's been flagged as someone who doesn't ship. The first email said he had to provide a tracking number & as soon as it was delivered, he'd have his money in 3 business days.

There are limits on Venmo protection but I would contact your bank/credit card company and make some noise(written), and would contact Venmo as well.
The noise will help your paper trail, and it puts the seller's name out there for Venmo (a PayPal company) to see which may turn out to be useful.

I have also been watching this very closely as he owes me $800. I was assured I’d have it today. I asked where we were at this morning and have not had a response. If it’s not resolved, I too will be making a BOI post about Brandon Hubbard.

Not resolved yet. Still owes me $857. Has promised final payment by Monday. My friend/boss that owns the store the purchase was for is already heading that way on a business. I've emails from others that he owes money, and it's becoming ridiculous at the amount. Charges will be filed Monday for felony theft by deception if the refund is not complete.

I was just fb messaged this morning about him trying to sell my snakes to someone else. This kid needs to be prosecuted.

He was actually active on Facebook arguing with people on the Seller Feedback pages on there.

Probably fighting with me.

So offer a slight update. My transaction was refunded to me last night ($830.00). Brandon and I spoke on the phone as I was ready to go public as well, not to mention press charges. That said, he could not refund me via our original PayPal payment. I had to set up a Square account and the refund came through when he gave me his information. I’ve never used Square before but my balance shows the amount I was owed so it appears to be in order. For what it’s worth...

Also - you all should know Brandon is a minor. Had I known he was 16 yrs old, I would not have ordered from him. Keep that in mind as you maneuver your deals with him.

Glad to hear you got your refund... I am a little lost so please help me , is he trying to sell snakes that are not his also or that have already been paid for?

Swearing should be edited out of SS and not used in posts on the BOI, as it isn't allowed.

That may be the case if you're posting on here but if you go editing things out of text messages somebody could then say that it was altered and misrepresent the edit. I guess it comes down to weather all of the facts are present or not.

I am pretty sure you could use MS paint brush or some similar soft ware to line out the swear words.

Of course just seems a little lame to ask people to post the messages and edit them. I don't use that kind of language myself sometimes it just helps to better understand the level of communication, and I can sympathize because occasionally I read things on here from people that have a quick feeding response to drama and it makes me want to use that language

Honestly I have no idea. He has gotten in way over his head and seems to know it. I know he has shipped animals out without being paid but he admits he deals mostly with BP’s. I think it’s a combination of things; him being young, less experience, questionable ethics etc.

Yes the snakes pictured belong to me. He was trying to use pictures of my snakes to sell to someone else. The person he was trying to sell them too hunted me down this morning to let me know what was going on.

He just did the same thing with boas two weeks ago.

Wooooow. I bought a retic off him at the reptile show and I believe it was him and his father was talking to him about African rock python but after seeing this I will stay clear.
