911 help So i have these small fruit looking flys and garg help
 
All the time after I feed. Well I guess over night the pair mated I
Or faught. The inside of my female leg has Been ripped I was looking at it and there was 10a pt so of the fly larva in there I cleaned them all out and packed the sore with neosporin she's still eating and drinking can I use peroxide or something like that? What causes these dang flyswatter I clean the cages every 2 days don't make sense.if u have ideas how I can insure my girl healthy lmk here's my cell 7654655714 like I mentioned I cleaned them all out and filled the tear with antibiotic ointment.if I could use peroxide lmk orwhat else I can do

You should try some honey based wound ointment.
They should have it at your vets or at a pharmacy.
It's called Dermiel here in Holland, but i don't know how it's called in the USA.
It does wonders for wounds! We had a leachie who had a hole eating into him by fruitfly maggots and it healed perfectly in a few months (leaving some scarring behind, but that's normal).

Thank you for the reply it looked like I got them all out hoping the medicine I put in would kill the rest ill go look for that stuff today I'm keeping here in a medium container by herself so I can 100%get keep it clean she's still using the leg so there shouldn't be any damage. Any idea on what I can use to kill these fruit flies where they don't come back?

Just remove the food bowls every morning. The flies lay their eggs in them. We have fruit fly infestations every summer.
