Egg In Need!

Ok, so I check on the eggs the other day and aw that one has moved to the side alittle bit and was visually moving(shaking sometimes). They have been incubating for only about 36 days! The egg created 3 slits in outside that run vertically down the eggs and I noticed a tiny, tiny bit of what looks like splated blood on the outside and the egg has actually turned itself completly on its side so I can’t even see the mark I used to tell the top of the egg. I figured it was hatching, this happened at 7:30 last night. When I check on it now it looks like their is no improvment and its about noon the next day now. I dont know what I should do or if I should worry. How long does a crestie egg take to hatch? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I couldn’t sleep last night and I am probably gonna be pretty anxious until I know they are safe. Thanks in advance to anyone that replies.

Well, he hasn't hatched yet and is probably dead. Their is hope for the other egg though.
