Reed Frogs - Questions on Care
 

Hello--I am interested in getting some Reed Frogs. When I was a kid I had some tree frogs so not a *complete* newbie, but I do have some questions:

I was planning to set up a terrarium using a 30-gallon tall aquarium. Am I correct in thinking they would prefer more vertical height than horizontal length? Care sites I have seen indicate a ten-gallon tank is sufficient but obviously I'd like to give them as much space as possible.

It sounds as if they do rather well in groups. To that end, is it possible to house different species together? For example, Starry Night; Blue; Banana?

Any other tips/advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
