2 babies in 1 egg
Has anyone ever heard of 2 baby beardeds hatching from 1 egg? I have a clutch of 29 eggs the first 2 eggs to hatch had 2 babies in each egg.

Twins occur in reptiles just as they do in other vertebrates. I have seen my share in snakes. Not being a Bearded Dragon breeder I do not know how common they are but they do occur. Google "bearded dragon twins" and you will see other references and photos, including at least one set of conjoined BD twins. |

So you have 2 sets of twins.... Very nice. So how are they doing? Are they eating and moving around like the rest of them? Keep us posted on the twins.

I've hatched a few sets of twins. Unfortunately, they did not fare well.
