Black Blood Python eye problem

My black blood Jean Claude's tissue surrounding the eye seems to be inflamed. Anybody know what this could be? Here's a picture:

It was mites, First treatment they went away and he's been fine. doing second reptile relief treatment. As for his tub I used Provent-a-mite.
