I am glad you were able to get things sorted out, Luke.
Craig, were you able to reach Jim or someone in the know regarding the situation on his end? |
Yes I talked with him. He said all was ok.
I 100% trust Jim at his word so I left it that. |
** left it at that

Soooo i'm still having issues, Jwillchamel, what did he say? I've emailed and called a handful of times over the last couple of weeks and still nothing. I should be receiving the Chameleon I ordered, from early March, within the next week.

Chameleon company issue
I purchased a pair of chameleons back in February. He was very quick to collect my money but after numerous emails and phone calls I still don't have my chameleons. I paid by credit card. I guess I will be forced to file a complaint with them. This is the worst experience I have had with purchasing ever. Something must be happening there but his reputation should be questioned at this point.

Jim was an oustanding good guy back as far as I remember. Chameleons are a trick to breed, raise, and sell. He was always upfront and honest (even if you didn't like it). He may not be the best with communication as you may "want", but dont underestimated him, he is more concerned about his animals than his buyers.

If he is more concerned about his animals than his buyers, why is he even in the business of breeding and selling? Honestly though, the lack of communication at this point has been non existent to the point that I am concerned for him and his well being. Anyways, I have posted about this issue enough so this is my last post about it. (For anyone else reading this that encounters an issue with Chameleon Co, go to FL Chams, response time is good, great animals, good reputation.) |
