My dealing with Cobain1309 (Chris Grisham)

Im posting this as an info thread because honestly I dont know what to think at this point but things just are not adding up.
Im very much hoping this will clear something up on both sides and thank you guys in advance. Heres things as I see it On dec 2nd 2012 I messaged Chris on fauna about his phoenix worm ad asked a few questions and for a shipping quote we exchanged a few messages then chris had a computer problem and was able to contact me till dec 22nd we then switched contact over to email I purchased 1 pound (3600) phoenix worms for $60 shipping was $10 for a total of $70 the 1st shipment came in with a total weight of .476 pounds thats with the rolled oats (mushy stuff in the email) and the plastic containers (to containers) the 1st and 2nd pic are of the 1st shipment I emailed chris and told him what had happened and that I wanted a refund he responded with he didnt pack the order himself .he offered to ship me another one pound ,and then another one pound next month this was more then a generous offer so I accepted on the 15th he shipped out the new package jan 17th I got the package in the mail I weighed the total of the worms,cups,and sawdust to be 16.15 ounces (shown in pictures) chris had told me he would be a little short this month so I email mailed him and said looks good then asked him if 17 ounces (rounded up) sounded correct the next day I figured out how to sort the worms from the saw dust and weighed them to just over 4 ounces (this was 4 of the 5 cups sent) I had given one cup to my friend (yes I know stupid but chris knew I was splitting up the order and told him I was giving some to a friend) I then emailed mailed him and told him about what had happened and asked for a refund (I know im responsible for the cup given away) we were not able to come to an agreement so I opened a paypal dispute here are all the emails copied from yahoo to word pad then copied and pasted onto here (I will gladly screen shot any emails if needed) the photos are mostly taken from the videos I made wile unboxing the packages dont know how to upload videos but I will gladly send them to anyone who questions the pictures or the videos PART ONE EMAILS: Kool, They look like aliens or very prehistoric. I cant answer why he hasnt commented on this thread.
but I do get a sense of stalling dispute was open with paypal on monday,on wednesday he escalated it to a claim. its now thursday and paypal is still waiting for him to upload evidence before we will be asked to upload anything we have. |

both messages to dispute the paypal charge the 2nd is his reply (would of posted sooner but just saw it myself) I have not cut off communication,only asked it be done here on this thread or in the paypal dispute as for being unreasonable hes had a 2nd chance to make it right and by my calculations failed too |
paypal is reviewing the case and will make a final decision
they recommended sending the worms back and emailing them the tracking number on my bank dispute so monday ill be shipping them back to the address I have on the paypal invoice for chris |

when I 1st posted this thread I thought it was possible maybe I was doing something wrong (why I started an info thread hoped other people could help sort this out) reading back in the one email he said he sent 1.7 pounds (27 ounces) (start of emails part 2) if you look at the picture on the scale its only 16.15 ounces,11 ounces short of what he had said was sent. makes sense why the worms only weighed out to 4 ounces with 4 of the 5 cups sent. if I would of caught that earlier this would of been a bad guy thread. the dispute is still being reviewed by paypal,win or lose I hope this thread warns people about Chris. |

Thanks for the information, it will help my decision on whom I shall buy from! Also I learned to make sure I actually weigh the product on its own instead of all the materials together.

SCAM ALERT. On 2/11/2013 @ 11:18 Mike Panzarella made one of many false claims. Pay pal has a sellers protection and fraud team. As a direct result of him contradicting himself repeatedly and refusing to abide to the T.O.S., Pay pal refunded me his money in full. I will post letter of judgement against Mike @ Island Reptiles this evening. I will never knowingly purchase or sell to Mike Panzarella @ Island Reptiles ever again. Please use your discretion when dealing with this person.

Chris can you show me one thing that proves im wrong about this whole transaction
in case you deleted all the email and pictures I sent you they are on the 1st page I also dont have 7000 worms never even came close to sending me that many the only thing I have is the one cup that was giving to my friend but I think the $8 paid for shipping the worms back to you is more then a fair payment for them |

as for the paypal they refunded the $70 if you look at the actual pictures I just posted it shows that the 1st shipment you sent me was a mistake and you even admitted to that so you just lied. 1000+ worms weighs more then one ounce the 2nd shipment had 5 containers 3 larger ones with a red lid and 2 smaller ones that were clear plastic that would mean if you sent the right amount (you didnt) it would only be averaged to 720 worms screenshot of the emails |

I think its odd that they would rule in your favor and not notify me that I would owe them money I have provided screen shots of my paypal showing the refund and the case being closed with just the one email to you as the last update when I called they said it was closed and you would be charged back the money I dont understand why they would lie to me about that. |

so your saying you offered to ship me 200% of what I paid for because it was a few days late in the mail
for a total of 10800 worms sent for a few days late come on thats ridiculous I would of been fine had they only been a few days pic 1 shows the 1st package it only has two red lid containers pic 2 shows the 2nd package it has 5 containers total you expect anyone to believe they had the same amount of worms in them |
