This thread will be a place for links to sites that provide cage building plans and tips for those of you inclined to try your hand at crafting your own reptile enclosures.

great links! im looking to build me a custom cage and this helped me alot! i have one question though, i looked at the melamine today, 35.00 a sheet!!?! i can get 3/4 inch ply for cheaper, but i would have to seal it, whats a good safe wood sealer?

i buy my melamine already pre cut in a variety of different sizes at home depot try there
