we used to have good luck with baby, or talcom powder when i was in the Military in Hawaii, we would spray it around the area they where coming in at, and they would quit coming in that way. something about the powder and them breathing thru they're feet. <shrug>

Thanks Marcia & Jack for your ideas, I'm going tried them both after using the "TERRA" product. I went to Wal-Mart to bye the liquid one. I haven't seen results yet, but it takes a little while before the colony dies.
