I found him on Kingsnake.com. I confirmed that his "mailing address" is a Walgreens. I contacted Paypal, and they are reviewing the case now. He responded to them with a fit, saying the injury was caused by a live mouse, but it is an old wound, and I can't imagine a little fuzzy/hopper doing that. He then accused me of just wanting something for nothing, even though I offered to sent the animal back legally. (at his expense) I also contacted Reptiles2You and the owner responded with much concern, saying he would find out who it was. Has anyone else a clue who this clown is? What was his userid on KS?
I can't remember. Hopefully, everyone else will be smarter than I was and actually pay attention to those red flags. I'm embarrassed about the whole thing, but thought maybe someone else could learn from it.

Need to file a complaint with kingsnake too. I think they will suspend an account for multiple unresolved issues.

I would love to. I don't remember the userid. I've gone through every ad category, looking for this guy. I think I'd recognize his ad style. 2-day shipping, grumpy, and uncooperative. Plus I've got the email that goes with it. Hard to complain about anonymous!

Sounds about right. Very uncooperative! Not to mention bad grammar as well. Horrible, horrible customer service. I feel bad for all the inexperience buyers he's screwed over.
