Chicken Avocado Salad
Made this up yesterday. I put mine on flatbread. Great for filling your stomach without feeling bloated and stuffed
3 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing 1 pound grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced ( I used rotisserie chicken already made from Giant Eagle) 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion 12 Cultivar tomatoes diced Mayo to taste. I use just enough to make creamy. |
