What makes you say it's 180 gallons? Just a little confused because I just bought a 180 gallon All Glass Aquarium (c) and it's measurements were 6x3x3 it seems like you're falling 2 feet short on length and one foot short on width to meet 180 gal proportions. I know every tank has different measurements but for this tank it doesn't add up to 180 gallons.

Check out a Tank Volume Calculator, http://www.fishfriend.com/tank_volume_calculator.html

It says his tank is 179.53 US Gallons.

It also says that your '6x3x3' size tank is 403.94 US Gallons, not 180.

I wonder if the calculator is wrong?

I checked a few different online volume calculators, and they all add up to 180 gallons for the measurments of my tank.. 179.53 to be exact. Maybe whoever you bought your tank from estimated the volume?
