In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I received a pair of tangerine hodurans from Paul this week. They were packed great, we even waited until the weather broke a bit as to insure that the snakes would have no issues with the cold. That is the mark of someone who cares for his animals.
On top of all of this, the snakes were free. That's right, Free. All I paid was shipping.
I had e-mailed Paul while I was still in Iraq to see how fast this type was selling so I could plan on some of the projects I wanted to start when I got home. I had e-mailed alot of people asking this and that. Some people agreed to hold animals for me, some just gave a standard "let's see what I have when you get home". (note I have no problems with ANY of the responses I got - it's business and I understand that..). I bought ALOT of animals when I got home and I have sales that still haven't arived yet... Paul went one step further and told me to contact him when I got home and he would give me a pair for the cost of shipping. I thought he was kidding and alloted the full cost of the pair in my "I'm home and I want to buy a buch of snakes" fund.
I got home and contacted Paul for a total on the pair and he quoted $25. If it wasn't for the fact that I am a Marine - I would have cried. It's not the fact that he gave me a pair of realy nice snakes, I give alot of babies away to schools.. It was the fact that he did it as a thank you for what I do. Now that all the hoopla of this war has settled down a bit it does me proud that people are still willing to do little things for us in the Millitary.
I will never profit from this pair of snakes. All of their babies will be donated to schools and local learning centers as my thank you to Paul.
Paul, again, thank you and Semper Fi.

I purchased a female black milk from Paul. Everything went smooth as silk, and the snake is turning out to be a beauty.

I had 3 different purchases from Paul and his communication, packaging, and his promptness proved to me that he is a good guy. But what he has done in this case is COOL :) Paul I give you a two thumbs up. Congratulations Blue and welcome back.

Carolina Herps/Paul Weaver

This goes to show you what kind of person Paul Weaver is. I received my Hondos from Paul today, and they are awesome. I have gotten many animals from him and they are always fat and healthy. This last group I got from him are huge compared to my other '06 hondos. He has very high quality animals and assistance. I always like dealing with him because you know you are dealing with a nice, honest, high quality breeder. Thank you Blue for what you do for our country, and thank you Paul for what you did for him. Carolina Herps: Paul Weaver

I recently purchased some hypo Hondurans from Paul Weaver at Carolina Herps and could speak volumes about the great service I received and overall quality of the animals. When the animals arrived they where very well packaged and much bigger then I expected them to be. The color of the animals was fantastic and by far better than many of the other hypos I have seen. I found the temperament of the animals to also be a pleasant surprise indicating frequent interaction, good selective breeding for temperament, or both. All of the animals fed very well within three days of their arrival and continue to do so. I highly recommend Carolina Herps to anyone looking to purchase quality animals.

Just wanted to add another quick thumbs up for Paul Weaver

I bought a 2010 female TX indigo from him and she was shipped as soon as I told him it was okay (which was the same day I e-mailed him about it), he was always very prompt in his responses, he sent pictures and was always and still is very forthcoming with care and background information, and even just sent me a video of her father.

I am very impressed with his customer service and will not even hesitate to do business with him again.

I contacted Paul from Canada inquiring about a TX Indigo. I knew that I had to be choosy with whom I deal with; as I would have to export the animal out of the US, so everything had to be problem-free.

He is always prompt in his replies and every bit of accommodating to my requests. I decided to make a purchase from him and he's been the same guy before and after I sent him a payment in his helpfulness. Paul also went through the trouble of speaking with a USFW officer regarding my exportation on the phone, and writing up a detailed letter differentiating Eastern vs. TX which made the whole process very smooth at the inspection.

The TX Indigo that I purchased ate the day of, and is doing fantastic. Great animal and perhaps more important - great seller.

Thanks again Paul.

It's been a while since Paul Weaver got another thumbs up. :) This guy was great, he had no problem sending an additional photo of the albino Honduran milksnake I ended up purchasing and answering my questions. Most people seem too busy to give their time and I never felt that way with Paul. The hondo is doing fantastic and is a really eager eater :)

My thoughts on Carolinaherps

The best way to describe my experience with purchasing my snake from Paul would be that it is one of the best experiences I've ever had purchasing a snake from a breeder! Paul was very good about answering all of my questions and he was very understanding when it came to me needing to do a payment plan. And being that this is my first drymarchon that I've owned I wanted to make sure that I was doing everything I could to get everything right. So if you are looking for something that Paul has available to purchase do not hesitate to contact him, you won't regret it! Thanks again for sending me my beautiful Texas indigo snake!
