I recently purchased a rhacodactylus ciliatus juvenile from Charles. I can say he was a great person to do business with. There was a little mix up, but he was very quick to solve the issue and very thorough with his follow up. Shipping was very professional, and the whole transaction was taken care of in a timely matter. The gecko itself was very healthy and well taken care of, it was quite obvious from her mannerisms and how she responds to being handled that he took the time to care for his animals.
