It's all fascinating and very scary.
The gentleman studying this said he has found a second virus that appears to be associated with IBD (virus), however, IBD+ snakes do not always have this secondary virus. It was very interesting and (sadly) somewhat beyond my understanding. I hope he can figure it out!
