just from posting in the ben seigal thread she sent me emails for a week cursing (nastey nastey) i do not know how old she is or claims to be but she is either a child or a very ill woman. i do not know what i would do in your situation... whether to rerefuse the package or accept it.. apparantly you will be getting on refund where one is definately warranted. i would file with reeptibid (like they will do anything) but at least you have documentation, also file with pal pal and i would report her to
www.fraud.org..... i think if i remember correctly ken harbart has some info on her that might be usefull
