you might want to try adding some cover for her - I have some fake ferns and other leafy things set up in my "real" cages. the emeralds pretty consistently are found right up against the edge of one, tucked in tight and under the leaves. a bit more secure than being out in the open.

I only house them together for breeding - I did keep them together for quite a while after the last time I observed copulation, but I couldn't get any of them to eat until they were separated. 2 weeks alone and they were back to normal. It is also much easier with regard to cage maintenance - only one mouth to worry about.
