at work today...
i work on aircraft as a maintainer and a discreapancy from one of my pilots came through the system for another shop to correct...
this is what the discrepancy read from CDR Lippencott
"i am not afraid to admit this but the co pilots relief tube is to short for the average pilot"
the ame's went out and checked the relief tube and corrected the action and signed it off as such....
"co pilots relief tube checks 4.0 for length for maintainers however adjusted its length for the "average" pilot.
they then proceeded to print out the discrepancy and corrective action taken in every shop of the squadron simultaniously.... you could hear a sudden roll of laughter from all directions echo through the hanger.
true story...
