You should set them up in a plastic food storage container on top of damp perlite. Make sure the perlite is just damp, not wet. You should be able to squeeze a handful and only a drop or two should come out. When you move the eggs don't rotate them, keep them in the same position that they are in now. Then place them in an area that stays between 78 and 84 degrees and wait 6-8 weeks.

You should try to post a pic as well. They maybe infertile and with a pic we'll be able to tell.
