Had to make the call this morning taking my name out of the hat... I have some personal crap going on and I have to be around NJ for the next few months. There are a lot of great trappers that would jump on this to help out so I know there going to do great. They already got there permits to transport live wild animals across state lines. So they still are going to start, will keep you all updated on progress.
