I don't know if I could call him a bad guy just yet. He's accurately as far as the odds are concerned. I know quite a few folks who've crapped out on the odds for whatever reason. Just because you breed a het to a visual doesn't guarantee you'll get visuals...especially with a small litter.
Did he claim to produce this snake? My only concern is why he would be willing to send you any refund at all if the snake was what he claimed it was. Have you notified him of this thread?
