What was the date on this? I know a while ago Nevada was pushing some animal law that basically banned owning cats and dogs, but they made some major revisions after they realized what they had written. Is this new and just a clark county thing? (we're in Reno so it wouldn't affect me, but still not good). The last one that I saw had been revised so that you basically couldn't own endangered species or tigers or things like that, but reptiles and the like were exempted.
