Yes, well at least I never would. I have purchased 3 breeder sized animals all the rest of mine have been raised from neo's to adults and when I purchase any animal, it doesnt matter how reputable the source is, those animals are in quarantine for 1 year before even being placed in the same house as my collection.
Bypassing quarantine is just poor breeding and husbandry ethics IMHO.
