The forecast modelling is still showing a significant storm event for coastal Texas. I think most everyone would hope it is wrong.

As for the "fake news" quip it's actually pretty unnerving sometimes to see how effective that the fake news laced mainstream media propaganda conditioning has become with much of the populace. "If we don't give you our version of the news, then it does not exist. Trust us."
