A sale may be different than a purchase.... I sold to Jason Brennan, but shipped to Don Keseric. Don then sold to the "three amigos"
Needless to say I got the run around and several months later received a check for less than what was agreed.
This was several years ago and I no longer have any written proof - just my memory. It wasn't a big deal, but I will never sell to either of them again.
But like I said, a purchase may be different.
