Well - the missing part of the tail is going to through off the length estimates, some.
But overall the weight looks pretty good. If you are still worried about the length and weight - you could always feed a couple of pinkie mice per week to help fatten it up a bit.
I also have a couple of 2 year old ackies - although mine have their full tails - they still seem a bit skinny when compared to my adults.
