Never heard of that. None of the pet stores have any policy like that here. I was friends with a guy who owned one here and he never heard of such a policy either. I think there was legislation in the air about 2 years ago that didn't go through that was similar to this because all the pet stores around here stopped carrying some things like canaries and a bunch of other stuff but it didn't go through because I even sell to the pet stores around here now. I've never given them any paperwork when I sell to them either.
