Doing a google search on that email doesn't show anything; googling the address got a couple of hits, but nothing that definitely helped (and nothing related to Mike Riggs).....however, I looked up the username that the provided link is about - no posts since Jan, a different email (sir_rant_a_lot@sprint.blackberry.net) and the posted location is Maryland. Maybe he moved, and is using a different email....but it sure looks like somebody snowed you.
