FYI, I am getting rather frequent request from people to help them out with issues they are having with buyers and sellers. Some from this site, others from elsewhere. I don't know how better to impress my position with everyone concerning my attitude about such things now and better than a reply I recently made to someone:

I do wish it were different, but I tried my best to help, and apparently it just wasn't good enough. So I have withdrawn any and all efforts expressed or implied in the past as being offered in that endeavor.

I am serious about this. Do not contact me about your problems with other people. I have no incentive nor reason to help out any longer. It has been sufficiently proven to me that my help was not wanted nor needed, so that phase of my life and this site is OVER WITH.
