Kevin is one of the most genuine and honest people I have ever dealt with in the reptile industry, so much that I wish I were more into lizards just so that he could become my go-to person. However, I purchased a Russian rat snake from a little over a year ago, and just recently, I discovered a discrepancy with the sex of the snake as I never really looked at it closely since buying it as a baby (never planned to breed it, so it wasn't of concern to me anyway). I contacted Kevin this week to let him know what happened, and he went above and beyond to help me sort things out. I am simply speechless by his level of customer service and can't recommend him enough. I see many other buyers already experienced for themselves that he's a great communicator who sells beautiful and quality animals, but this was a whole new level of "good guy" that I think people should know about.
