Nothing really surprises me when it comes to Ohio anymore.
Bear in mind that this is the only state that I am aware of whose laws are written to consider defendants guilty until proven innocent in certain felony cases. It seems that Gov Taft and the Ohio legislature consider both the US and Ohio Constitutions to be null and void within the geographical borders of their state.
