No, your not, I thought the same thing but figured I'd a dress one thing at a time and the name issue seemed like it should be the first to be addressed. I'm quite curious what exactly was plagiarized. For someone with multiple masters and a PhD you'd think he would know the meaning of the words he's throwing around and would have better grammar.
