Not a good idea. Like Eric said, BTS are pretty intolerant of other lizards sharing their enclosure. I know the monkey-tailed skinks are actually communal within their own species, but they also do no react well to others. In fact, years ago, at the LPS I used to work at, they attempted to put these two together. It wasn't pretty.

Also take into account that they do not hail from the same regions nor do they have the same habitat requirements. BTS are found in temperate and subtropical environments, and occasionally in open grasslands. Monkey skinks are found in tropical forests.
