Back in 1989....

Back in 1989 I had a piebald male corn come into my shop. He did not appear to have any blistering, the white protions of him were smooth and scar free with a pattern, I think. It may have just been white blotches but there was no red pigment in the white. I can't remember if he was amel. or normal at this point. I think he was normal though. I let an employee take him home with the understanding that we would try to breed the animal. She subsequently disappeared, as did the snake, and I never heard anything about piebald corns until just these past few days.

I purchased the male from someone who walked in off the street and I don't remember if we ever got any info on where he came from. It was a male for sure and he seemed to be two to three years old, was about 30" long.
