Walgreens eyes loophole end run around taxes

http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/...axes/13090921/

Companies are being eaten alive by regulations, red tape, taxes, abusive bureaucracies, and foreign competition that is allowed to severely undercut their prices. And yet the government acts all innocent and teary eyed, claiming that the companies are not acting fairly?

Quote:
Earlier this week, President Obama called inversion an "unpatriotic tax loophole" and pressed Congress to pass legislation to stem the flow of corporations that are effectively renouncing their U.S. citizenship.
REALLY??? "Unpatriotic because some companies (and people as well) are just getting tired of taking government malfeasance as a hot poker in the ass and are trying to do something about it to survive? I wish someone in Washington DC would grow a brain and look at this without their own greed getting in the way. Companies are leaving this country or folding up completely. I don't know about other parts of the country, but there are still a lot of strip malls and such around these parts that are pretty nearly vacant because there are no takers for the small businesses needed to fill them. People can't make a living any longer trying to run a small business. Large businesses are struggling and grasping at any way they can to try to survive, even if it means relocating their assets out of the USA.

Can anyone in DC just take a wild guess WHY that is happening and then just figure out a way to get off their backs instead of trying to hogtie them into having no choice other than keep on being bled to death by YOU?

Just who is going to be paying taxes if there is no one left in this country to pay salaries? We can't ALL be on welfare!
