You know, I remember reading an account a LONG LONG time ago about someone viewing a hognose snake actually surfing in the ocean. Not sure where exactly, but I believe it was perhaps Assateague Island. I don't know about you, but I just find the thought of hognose snakes enjoying a day splashing around in the ocean as just funny (in a very neat way) as all get out...
