Coleonyx m. - minor bump on hemipenal bulge

One of my Bandies - a Coleonyx Mitratus - has a very small 'bump' on his right hemipene bulge. I'm inclined to let him be since its seems benign but I'm also rather anal about my little dudes...should I get this looked at?

I must admit, my herps are more often allowed to run rampant, wild, and least-bothered as possible, than coddled, hugged, and made to watch TV...so while they all remain handleable, many of my Bandies and other species are little wild-men/women and don't really 'know' they're in captivity. What I mean is...I can surely take this little C.m. to my herp vet and get him checked out, but I'm wondering how necessary that is? He's fine with ME taking him out and letting him chill for a while (the hand that feeds, baby) but I think he'd flip his $%*& at the vets - bark & squeak like a mo-fo, bite the vet, and take off!!...Is this tiny bump common or something I should freak out about?
