contemplating getting a carpet pythons more or less a pair starting with babies or juveniles. Want to keep it under 6 ft what do you recommend?

Second for housing as babies or juveniles I was thinking of using my spare 28qt tubs for them. I currently own ball pythons . So the carpets would be kept with a hotspot temperature of 88-92 and ambient of 76-80..
With that being said how long would they be able to stay in 28qt tub I'm guessing at least 18 months..
