Not a recipe, just a review.
I don't know whether there are Costco's in other states besides Texas but I love the store. And the store brand (Kirkland) Super Premium vanilla ice cream which I tried for the first time a few days ago is beyond delicious. I bought it for a home made cherry cobbler and it was wonderful. The only way I can buy it is to purchase the two half-gallon package. In two days I've finished half of one of the packages. So good
I have heard that some people respond to disasters by eating an entire half gallon of ice cream, apparently it is a chick thing for breakups. Don't wait for a disaster, go get some now
