I wondered why she failed to mention this all important ingredient change. Now I see why, because it was not all that important of an ingredient change.
I do however understand her not wanting the product anymore and asking for a refund. I feel it is in her right considering it is no longer exactly the product she thought she was purchasing.
Although personally, the ingredient change would not have caused me to cancel my order.
