I like Animal Plastics products personally, but there are a lot of great manufacturers out there...check out Bill's link.
As for what you should get, I recommend belly heat as #1. They need it for proper thermoregulation and digestion. If you live in a cold area, I'd add an 8" screen opening on the top of one side to add a 50w-75w heat lamp, that way the warm side temperature can reach 90 degrees or so like it should. Because the cage is solidly enclosed, you shouldn't have a problem with heat on the cool side, it should be just enough.
