Your logo is very nice. It's easy to determine what it relates to.
I also like the background pattern you used, it's tastefully (and not over) done.
I also like the use of the double border around your images in the Caresheet section (yup, I notice the little details
).
I would suggest implementing a rollover on your menu (it helps people realize that it
is a link). I would also suggest not using tables for the layout...Within the next few years, modern browsers are going to drop table layout support completely.
