I haven't made it to the end of this thread yet. Everyone who knows me knows the CONTEMPT I feel for the owners of the snake in that case. I would have _loved_ evidence to have been found that proved the snake was being used as a scapegoat. Yet the medical examiner found that the snake was responsible for the death. (Although not at fault, and the parents were sentenced to 12 years in prison).
