I really want to thank you for posting about this Josh. I have been considering making a couple of purchase from their ads on KS but finding no good or bad on the BOI I have been sitting on the fence about dealing with them. You may have just saved me from my first gone sour deal.
I really hope these guys come in here and are willing to make it right for you. It would go a long way toward giving them at least some degree of credibility with me.
As I have heard on the BOI from time to time: Everyone makes mistakes once in a while, it is how you deal to correct them that makes you a good or bad guy.
