I use supers for my juvies and adults. I switch back and forth between worms and roaches, and my dragons seem to really like the variety. They have never turned their noses up to a roach after being offered supers. I usually feed the growing dragons about 10 big supers per feeding, 3 days per week, where as the adults only get supers once per week (unless they happen to be a gravid female). The other feedings are roaches twice per week for the juvies and once per week for the adults. And of course they all get salads.
