obtaining a license for an Eastern Indigo for the state of Texas
A friend of mine bought his Eastern Indigo about 8 years ago in California and it was captive-bred, but he lost all of the information and the name of the breeder.
He wanted to give the snake to me and I live in Texas, is there anyway I can get a license or permit without the breeder information? Also the snake is currently located in Texas.
